Rates
My rate $150 per 50-minute hour. However, for individuals who can demonstrate being on a fixed income, such as welfare recipient, people with disabilities, etc. my rate is negotiable. We can discuss this during your first visit.
Mental health services by registered Psychologists and Social Workers in Canada are 100% tax deductible at the end of each fiscal year, so they will get their money back.
Insurance
I do not provide direct billing with third party insurers. Most 3rd party insurers pay 70-80% of the amount up to a certain amount or number of visits. Clients pay me via credit card, then they submit my receipt for reimbursement.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment.
I also offer a “discount” for those who are able to pay for bulk sessions. For example, $150/session or $130/session when 10 sessions are paid for upfront.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, then there is a cancellation fee of $50; if the cancellation fee is paid within 7 days, then it is only $35.
